participate in and successfully complete all required training, and help carry out Operating Effectiveness (OE) testing in accordance with the defined testing approach
attend weekly/monthly progress meetings and contribute to discussions around control issues and failures
address Quality Assurance (QA) review points promptly, maintain regular updates in the testing tracker, and ensure timely closure of all observations
support by escalating any potential testing issues or exceptions to the appropriate teams
