We are seeking an Associate Product Manager or Product Manager who has previous experience in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have experience with Motor Insurance and/or Health Insurance products and be adept at working alongside engineering, design, operations, and business teams to develop customer-facing digital products.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Collect and define detailed product requirements
Develop PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver new features
Evaluate customer journeys to identify areas for improvement
Lead the product development process from concept through to launch
Track product performance and suggest enhancements
Liaise with insurer partners and internal stakeholders

Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles
Previous experience in Motor Insurance and/or Health Insurance
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication
Capability to excel in a fast-paced startup setting
Demonstrated ownership and strong execution focus
