Roles & responsibilities
Operations:
Lead central operations for GDC including monitoring operations reporting, budget tracking of operational expenses
Be the enabler to service delivery teams to support all operational requirements such as seats management, office attendance tracking and reporting
Work with KGS Admin team for real estate strategy for GDC
Work with GDC Finance team for planning exercise and determining hiring numbers and subsequently work with Talent Acquisition to execute hiring and onboarding
Effectively manage GDC events and Townhalls
Effectively manage GDC Travels both domestic and international such as business travels and rotations including tracking and reporting budgets
Effectively manage all US Audit leadership visits to GDC and ensure to give best experience to senior stakeholders
Ensure all SoQC controls for GDC Operations are tracked, monitored and executed.
Effective tracking of open items and follow through for on-time closure of all open items.
Communication, Coordination:
Proven ability to collaborate in a virtual, multi-cultural, multi-geography environment
Maintain a regular cadence in-person meetings with key stakeholders within GDC, US GDT teams and KGSDP as needed.
Collaborate with various teams to get accurate and right set of data on-time
Governance:
Ensure compliance with firms' policies, process requirements and operational controls
Collaborate with strategy team to execute strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as a central coordination point for firm initiatives and cross-functional activities
Build strong relationships with senior leadership at GDC, KGSDP and US Audit teams
Collaborate with service line leaders and IGHs to create a comprehensive operational events calendar and track execution
Collaborate with global deployment team to create a calendar for US Audit leadership, Engagement team and other stakeholder visits and ensure proper coordination

Educational qualifications
Masters degree
PMP Certification is preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar role
