Software Engineer - Testing

As a Software Engineer, you will be involved on all projects of the Performance Evaluation and Talent Management Value Chains.

You will take part in:

• Technical planning, design, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of solutions based on the Performance Evaluation and Talent
• Management systems relying on SAP SuccessFactors technology.
• Deployment of the solutions within the Group to extend their availability : Evaluation and Talent solution
• Coordination of Run activities with all impacted partners such as and the editors (SuccessFactors, CLAP and other partners...)
• Troubleshoot application issues, trace data/logic and report back on root cause

As a Software Engineer, you must have the following technical knowledge:

• Design and functional test capabilities
• Data analysis and application troubleshooting
• A good understanding of technical environment and architecture
• A good understanding of the organization and referential
• Be able to coordinate with other technology work teams to ensure project success
• Prepare functional and technical project plan
• Responsible for delivering a quality work based on business requirements (functional and technical)
