Title: AEP Martech Implementation Specialist

Job Description:
1. Platform support & stability (BAU) — keep core MarTech platforms running reliably, with active incident management and performance monitoring.
2. Small changes & enhancements — deliver incremental, business-prioritised configuration changes on an ongoing basis.
3. Tagging, tracking & data layer — own implementation and maintenance of tracking and data-layer instrumentation across digital channels, jointly with the front-end developer at the data-layer/event-system seam.
4. Integration & platform management — maintain stability and connectivity across the MarTech ecosystem, including onboarding new tools.
5. Consent, compliance & governance — ensure all tracking and data collection is consent-aware and aligned to GDPR and regulatory requirements.
6. Marketing & growth enablement — provide front-line teams with the technical setup needed to execute campaigns across channels.
7. QA, testing & release support — validate changes through structured testing and support safe, controlled deployments.
8. Reporting & documentation — maintain clear records of all implementations, platform changes, and integrations for governance and audit.
9. Agile ways of working — operate within Scrum, contributing to ceremonies, estimation, and cross-team collaboration.
