Job Description:
Role Overview
You will be responsible for creating performance test scripts, executing tests, and performing hands-on validation to certify software readiness from a performance perspective along with functional E2E Testing.
What Will Your Job Look Like?
• Execute load, stress, endurance, and other non-functional performance tests.
• Monitor application logs to analyze system behavior.
• Analyze CPU utilization, memory usage, network activity, garbage collection, database parameters, and DB reports to assess application performance.
• Generate performance graphs, session reports, and related documentation for validation and analysis.
• Identify memory leaks, connection issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with application teams to design and execute non-functional tests (NFT).
• Analyze discrepancies in reports to determine root causes and evaluate script failures at a high level.
• Compare system behavior against expected results and KPIs based on business and technical requirements.
• Identify issues, propose system improvements, and perform repeated test executions to resolve them.
• Participate in internal design reviews of testing materials.
• Support ongoing performance monitoring and analysis in production environments.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT test cases across platforms such as MyWorkplace, ServiceNow, SAP CPQ, and APIs.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
