Sr Communications Specialist

In this role, you will help shape and deliver clear, compelling narratives that highlight technology strategy, customer impact, innovation outcomes, and worldclass talent. Your work will connect employees, leaders, and stakeholders to how HTCS is driving Honeywell's future.
You will report directly to the Senior Director of Internal and External Communications and will be based in Bangalore, India, working on a hybrid schedule.

- Experience developing and executing communication strategies
- Strong knowledge of communication tools and platforms
- Proven ability to create content for diverse audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
We Value
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Experience in corporate communications or similar roles
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of digital and social media platforms
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communication plans that align with business objectives, support organizational goals, and enhance brand reputation
- Craft compelling narratives that connect employees with leaders and strategic initiatives
- Create and manage content for internal and external channels, including employee stories, articles, newsletters, presentations, and intranet content
- Partner with leaders and crossfunctional teams to ensure message alignment and consistency across the organization
- Support change management and transformation communications
- Measure communication effectiveness and recommend improvements using data and feedback
