We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Engineer to support the onboarding and enablement of new customer use cases on the firm's Dynamics 365 platform. This role is focused on hands-on configuration, integration support, and customer guidance, helping internal teams adopt Dynamics 365 in a way that aligns with established platform standards.
This position is well suited for an engineer with practical experience using Dynamics 365 who enjoys working closely with customers, answering "how do I do this?” questions, and supporting the delivery of wellgoverned solutions. The role operates under the guidance of senior engineers and platform owners, with opportunities to grow toward deeper platform responsibility over time. A general understanding of Power Platform is beneficial given the shared Dataverse foundation.

- Support the onboarding of new customer and business use cases onto existing Dynamics 365 environments.

Act as a daytoday technical contact for teams using Dynamics 365, answering questions related to:
- Platform capabilities and constraints
- Configuration options and recommended usage patterns
- Common integration and customization approaches
- Assist with Dynamics 365 application configuration, including entities, forms, views, and workflows.
- Support integration of Dynamics 365 solutions with other enterprise systems, following established patterns and guidance.
- Ensure use cases align with existing governance, security, and compliance requirements, escalating exceptions when needed.
- Assist with solution packaging, deployment, and environment lifecycle activities under defined release processes.
- Partner with senior engineers, platform teams, and support groups to resolve onboarding or operational issues.
- Contribute to documentation, FAQs, and onboarding guidance that improve the customer adoption experience.
- Identify recurring issues or friction points and raise them to senior team members for improvement.
Required Experience & Skills
- Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a professional or enterprise setting.

Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 fundamentals, including:
- Modeldriven applications
- Dataverse concepts
- Solutions and basic environment separation
- Experience supporting or enabling multiple users or teams on a shared Dynamics 365 platform.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to nonexpert users and customer teams.
- Familiarity with basic integration concepts involving Dynamics 365 and external systems.
- Understanding of platform controls and guardrails, including environment usage and controlled customization.
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work within established standards and guidance.
- Ability to balance responsiveness to customers with adherence to platform stability and control requirements.
- Exposure to Power Platform components such as Power Automate or Power Apps.
- Familiarity with Dataverse security roles and access provisioning concepts.
- Experience assisting with solution deployments or release activities.
- Experience supporting case management, customer service, or workflowbased Dynamics 365 use cases.
- Basic understanding of governance concepts such as environment strategy or controlled connectors.
- Experience working in a regulated or enterprise technology environment.
- Interest in developing deeper expertise in Dynamics 365 or platform engineering over time.
