Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to drive our growth in the global B2B agri-inputs segment, with a primary focus on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, along with additional opportunities across Asia. The candidate should possess strong Arabic-speaking skills to effectively build relationships, manage clients, and expand business in the target markets.\nCandidates currently based in the Middle East or having prior experience working and settling in the Middle East, preferably with an agriculture background, will be highly preferred.\n\nRole and Responsibilities:\nMarket Expansion & Sales\nIdentify, develop, and onboard partners in international markets.\nFormulate and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.\nExpand market presence across key regions.\n\nBusiness Development\nExplore opportunities in B2B segments.\nNegotiate distributorship, licensing, and partnership agreements.\nDevelop customized go-to-market strategies for Targeted countries.\n\nRegulatory & Compliance\nEnsure product registration and compliance with local laws and Biostimulant regulations.\nCollaborate with consultants/partners to fast-track product approvals.\n\nRelationship Management\nBuild and nurture long-term relationships with key buyers, distributors, and government agencies.\nRepresent the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and industry delegations.\n\nMarket Intelligence & Reporting\nConduct market trend assessments.\nProvide monthly reports, forecasts, and country-specific strategies to management.\nMonitor collections, Letters of Credit (LCs), and credit terms.\n\nQualifications and Education Requirements:\nMaster’s degree in International Business/ Agricultural/ business / administration/ marketing, or any other related field. One must have experience in agribusiness or agribusiness development\nMinimum 5 years of experience in international business development, preferably in agri -inputs .\nExperience in handling B2B sales and institutional partnerships.\nStrong exposure to MENA markets is mandatory.\nProficiency in MS Office and CRM software\n\nPreffered Skills:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, combined negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural management skills.\nFluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.\nAbility to work independently and manage international clients.\nWillingness to travel internationally as per business requirements.
