Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Career Management Centre in achieving the placement targets and conduct mentoring sessions periodically to enhance student employability and career readiness.
• Deliver training sessions to PGDM students, ensure timely completion of the curriculum, integrate industry perspectives into the learning process, and maintain updated records and reports.
• Identify students requiring additional support and implement targeted interventions to improve their employability and performance.
• Develop and update training content, including modules, create assessment resources, and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance learning effectiveness.
• Ensure weekly trackers and reports while collaborating effectively with faculty members and the Career Management Centre team.
• Facilitate at least one recruiter or alumni engagement session each month, incorporate recruiter feedback into training initiatives within the stipulated timeline, support placement drives, and contribute towards improving recruiter satisfaction.
