We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Community Manager to engage and grow our premium business community of founders, CXOs, and decision-makers.


Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai

CTC : 6-7 LPA


Experience Required:

5+ Years Experience

B2B Industry Background

Strong Relationship Management Skills

Excellent Operations & Execution Ability

Strong Written & Oral Communication Skills


Key Responsibilities:

Interact and service Companies global community of business leaders and decision-makers

Drive engagement and participation across key initiatives, forums, and events

Generate referrals, collaborations, and upselling opportunities within the ecosystem

Organize and execute high-impact networking events and business activities

Represent co. at key business forums, industry meetings, and networking platforms

Build strong long-term relationships with members and stakeholders

Ensure seamless communication, coordination, and member experience


Ideal Candidate:

Someone who is proactive, highly organized, confident in interacting with senior business leaders, and passionate about community building and business networking.
