Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Gen AI/LLM Backend Developer . The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems for generative AI and large language models (LLMs). Responsibilities include building scalable APIs, integrating model inference pipelines, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with client requirements. The developer will also monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage deployments to production environments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js
• Experience with frameworks and libraries for building APIs and microservices, such as Flask, FastAPI, or Express.js
• Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, generative AI, and working with large language models
• Experience in deploying and optimizing models using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong database management skills, including proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines for ML models
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
• Knowledge of best practices in security for backend and AI solutions
