Job Description

Job Role/Title: 3D Modeling Artist | Experience: 4 - 8 years


Key Responsibilities

  • Convert CAD models into efficient and accurate 3D models with clean topology using 3ds Max/Blender.
  • Create high-quality 3D hardsurface assets, including: Machines, Products, Vehicles, Props (environmental, interactive assets), Mechanical and industrial objects
  • Translate concept art, references, and design briefs into final in-game assets.
  • Ensure assets meet AAA visual quality and are optimized for real-time engines.
  • Develop clean topology, efficient, and well-structured meshes.
  • Follow proper naming conventions, pipelines, and technical guidelines.
  • Maintain consistency in style, scale, and quality across all assets.
  • Manage time efficiently and meet production deadlines.


Key Skillset and Requirements for this Role :

  • Strong experience in hard surface modeling and product modeling for games and real-time applications.
  • Proven ability to create industrial models, vehicles, and props at a high visual standard.
  • Basic understanding of:

- Real-world materials and manufacturing processes

- PBR texturing workflows

- Scale, proportion, and silhouette

  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Autodesk Maya / 3ds Max / Blender.
  • Excellent knowledge of optimization techniques.
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of game art production pipelines.


Portfolio Requirements

A strong portfolio showcasing:

  • High-quality hard surface PBR models and props(low, mid, and high-poly)
  • Clean topology.
