This isn’t a “keyword tricks and hacks” role.\nWe’re hiring someone who can turn organic search into a predictable revenue engine — a marketer who operates where AI, data, and growth strategy meet.\nWhat You’ll Own\nLead SEO/AEO strategy end-to-end\nOwn the full search strategy — from technical audits and site hygiene to content clusters, growth loops, and on-page excellence.\nDrive website development & programmatic SEO\nShape site structure, internal linking, speed, schema, and scalability for both human and crawler experience.\nBuild AI-driven workflows\nDesign and run AI-first processes using tools like ChatGPT, LLMOps, and data enrichment systems for smarter keyword discovery, clustering, and content mapping.\nRun content optimization pipelines\nOrchestrate content improvements with internal and external teams (writers, designers, agencies) to ensure every asset is built to rank and convert.\nStay ahead of algorithms & SERPs\nTrack updates, trends, and SERP shifts, then turn them into experiments, playbooks, and growth opportunities.\nAlign SEO with core business KPIs\nPartner with product marketing, design, and analytics to tie search initiatives directly to signups, activations, and MRR.\nOwn the SEO analytics stack\nMonitor, report, and improve performance using tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC, Screaming Frog, Surfer, and related platforms.\n\nWhat You Bring\n2+ years of SEO experience\nIdeally in B2B SaaS, with a focus on pipeline and revenue — not just “blogs for backlinks.”\nProven growth track record\nClear examples of taking organic traffic → signups/trials → paid conversions at meaningful scale.\nDeep technical SEO skills\nComfortable with sitemaps, schema, log analysis, crawl optimization, Core Web Vitals, and resolving complex technical issues.\nHands-on with AI & automation\nExperience using AI tools and LLM frameworks to streamline keyword research, content ops, and reporting.\nStrong foundation in programmatic SEO & architecture\nExperience designing scalable landing page systems (WordPress and/or custom stacks) and logical site architectures.\nData-native mindset\nConfident working in GA4, GSC, Looker, Ahrefs, Mixpanel, or similar tools to make decisions and prove impact.\nBias for clarity, quality, and compounding wins\nObsessed with clean data, tight execution, and building systems that get more powerful over time.
