We're Hiring | Sales & CRM Head | Senior Management | Bengaluru | Immediate Joining


DRK Projects is redefining luxury living in Bengaluru - boutique villas and villaments at DRK Bellagio, an upcoming development in a 10+ acre land parcel, and landmark commercial spaces, all backed by DRK Group's three-decade legacy in construction and mining. We're looking for a senior sales leader to own the entire sales lifecycle and build a high-performance culture at the top of the market.


About the role: You will drive growth by owning the end-to-end sales lifecycle - from marketing budget allocation and lead generation to site-visit conversion and post-sales CRM - while personally stepping in to close high-value deals. Reports to the Managing Director / Board.


Key responsibilities

  • Own, design and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales-volume and cash-collection targets
  • Recommend marketing budget allocation (digital, outdoor, activations) and drive down Cost per Acquisition
  • Track micro-market trends, competitor pricing and demand shifts; build corporate and institutional alliances for bulk bookings
  • Lead, coach and drive a lean team of sales executives and pre-sales callers; foster field discipline through on-site presence and weekend site-visit rushes
  • Personally engage walk-ins and HNIs and steer complex, high-value negotiations to closure
  • Provide interim CRM leadership - customer onboarding, 24-hour welcome protocols, milestone-based demand letters and collections tracking
  • Maintain 100% SAP data hygiene; pull real-time analytics on conversion funnels, aging receivables and sales velocity; provide AOP inputs
  • Screen, empanel and nurture tier-1 brokers, consultants and wealth managers; structure transparent commission slabs and resolve lead/broker conflicts
  • Ensure all collateral, booking forms and payment timelines are 100% K-RERA and privacy compliant


What we're looking for

  • 10+ years in real-estate sales, with significant residential-project experience (mandatory)
  • A senior-management leader able to build a high-performance culture and personally close high-value deals
  • Hands-on proficiency with SAP and advanced MS Office
  • Professional fluency in Kannada, English and Hindi (mandatory)
  • Strong negotiation and time-management skills, with the ability to thrive under high-pressure, multi-tasking launch timelines
  • Will lead 2–3 sales executives and the CRM team; reports to the Managing Director / Board
  • Available for immediate joining
