Senior Architect – Full-Time | Madurai

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Architect to join our team in Madurai. The ideal candidate will possess strong design, technical, and project coordination skills, with the ability to lead projects from concept through completion while working closely with clients, consultants, and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 4-7 years of professional architectural experience.
• Proficiency in architectural drafting, 3D modeling, visualization, and presentation software.
• Strong understanding of building construction, materials, codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of architectural designs, drawings, and project documentation
• Prepare and review concept designs, schematic designs, working drawings, and construction documents
• Oversee design development and ensure adherence to project requirements, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members throughout project stages
• Conduct regular site visits to review project progress and address design-related issues
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members
• Review and maintain project files, drawings, specifications, and documentation
