Job Summary

The Digital Growth Manager will lead the company’s digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and sustainable business growth. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging AI tools for content creation, automation, and optimization. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, data-driven, and capable of independently managing end-to-end digital initiatives with measurable impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth and lead generation objectives.
  • Own the full digital marketing function — from planning and execution to optimization and reporting — with a strong focus on ROI and scalability.
  • Leverage AI tools to create high-quality content, visuals, videos, research, and workflows; build reusable AI systems, prompts, templates, automations, and custom GPTs to boost efficiency.
  • Create, publish, and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, Google, websites, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns while maintaining consistent brand messaging.
  • Maintain and optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and service pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Plan, launch, monitor, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns
  • Design and manage lead generation funnels, landing pages, forms, and marketing automation workflows to maximize conversions.
  • Execute SEO initiatives including keyword research, content optimization, competitor analysis, and organic traffic growth strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, advertising platforms, CRM, and social analytics tools; prepare concise reports on leads, conversions, ROI, and growth opportunities.
  • Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns, content, and customer journeys using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with leadership, internal teams, designers, developers, and external partners to deliver marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, AI technologies, platform updates, and best practices; recommend innovative solutions to improve business outcomes


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, Analytics, or AI Marketing are preferred.


Experience & Key Skills

  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and lead generation.
  • Proven success in developing and executing digital campaigns that deliver measurable results (leads, conversions, website traffic growth, and brand engagement).
  • Strong expertise in using AI tools for content creation, research, design, video production, workflow automation, and marketing optimization.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent).
  • Excellent content writing, storytelling, and communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging across audiences and channels.
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools and basic video editing.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive with a commitment to quality, brand consistency, and continuous improvement.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, AI innovations, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience building AI workflows, custom GPTs, or marketing automations is a strong advantage.
