Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Intelligence Analyst based in Saket, Delhi.

The Business Intelligence Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

The role involves owning data tracking, reporting, dashboard development, performance analysis, and business intelligence initiatives across creators, brands, and campaigns.

You will work closely with the founding, product, and growth teams to support strategic decision-making through data.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related role.
• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
• Strong SQL expertise, including joins, aggregations, and complex queries.
• Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with AWS Athena or similar data querying platforms.
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience in a startup, e-commerce, creator-tech, or consumer internet company is a plus.

• Own data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis across business functions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting systems.
• Analyze business trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop data models and frameworks for funnels, attribution, payouts, and performance measurement.
• Partner with stakeholders to solve business problems using data.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems.
