Architect (Design & Interior Consultancy)

The Sasi Design Research Center (SDRC) is the specialized research and consultancy wing of the Sasi Creative School of Architecture (SCSA). SDRC undertakes all architectural consultancy works and turn key projects. We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Architect to lead the architectural and interior design consultancy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Consultancy: Lead architecture and interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring functional and visually appealing results.
• Technical Documentation: Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using standard design software.
• Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to ensure implementation matches design specifications and adheres to safety and building codes.
• Material Research: Source and specify sustainable materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting for high-end consultancy works.
• Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the research wing and external clients, contractors, and specialized vendors.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a COA-recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and interior consultancy.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Rhino.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for aesthetic detail.
