Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Founder's Office role based in Thane. The individual will work directly with the founder and leadership team on strategic initiatives, including market research, business planning, and project execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional projects, preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, and tracking key metrics and action items. The role also involves supporting fundraising activities, investor communication, and key client or partner meetings through research, documentation, and follow-ups. The person in this position will help streamline operations, improve internal processes, and ensure that high-priority tasks and deadlines are met.

Qualifications

- Project coordination or project management experience, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Comfortable working closely with founders or senior leadership, with a high level of ownership, discretion, and professionalism.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms) and a willingness to learn new tools quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; a focus on entrepreneurship, strategy, or finance is a plus.
- Previous startup, consulting, or early-stage venture experience is preferred but not mandatory; a strong interest in entrepreneurship is essential.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane and commit to a full-time schedule, with flexibility for occasional extended hours during critical initiatives.
