Role Description

• Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end Of the projects
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
• Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and site teams
• Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at site
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and safety teams
• Control project costs, material consumption, and subcontractor billing
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Qualifications

• Experience: 7-15 years in project management (preferably in interiors/construction)
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and cost control
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management tools/software is an advantage
• Degree/Diploma( BE/DCE) in Civil Engineering or related field
