D365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) - Finance Functional Support (L1/L2)

The ideal candidate has 2+ years supporting D365FO Finance and is familiar with India localization concepts and compliance flows .\n\nImportant: Candidates must have proven D365FO Finance support exposure and familiarity with India localization.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide L1/L2 functional support for D365FO Finance modules ( GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets , etc.)\nTroubleshoot common issues: posting errors, settlements, workflow issues, rounding differences, master data problems\nSupport end users, document fixes, and maintain FAQs / knowledge base\nCoordinate escalation to internal functional/technical teams or Microsoft when required\nAssist with testing and validation for patches, hotfixes, and enhancements\nSupport UAT activities during upgrades or rollouts (as needed)\n\nIndia Localization (Familiarity Required)\nMust be familiar with the concepts and flows of:\nGST / RCM\nTDS/TCS\nE-Invoice / E-Way Bill\nMulti-branch taxation basics (as applicable)\n(Hands-on implementation depth is not mandatory, but the candidate must understand the processes and be able to support users.)\n\nRequirements\n3+ years experience in D365FO Finance support or functional role\nGood understanding of finance processes (AP/AR/GL) and troubleshooting mindset\nFamiliarity with DMF (import/export) is a plus\nStrong communication skills and documentation ability\nMicrosoft certifications are a plus
