You will be mentored by our studio lead and work with the multidisciplinary team of architects, designers and researchers. The projects range from print, digital to interactive media, all while contributing to meaningful cultural and artistic initiatives.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\n\n1.\tConceptual Ideation: Partner with our design heads to brainstorm and develop innovative\nconcepts for digital, interactive, and print mediums.\n\n2.\tVisual Asset Development: Create stunning visual assets including vector drawings, illustrations, motion graphics, and interactive content that will bring our projects to life across both digital platforms (websites, monitors, interactive systems) and physical spaces (graphic backdrops, panels, publications).\n\n3.\tSocial Media Content Creation and Handling: Develop and manage creative content for our social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with our studio’s vision and engages our audience.\n\n4.\tMotion Graphics and Short Films: Develop engaging short films and motion graphics that tell the stories behind our art and craft exhibits.\n\n5.\tA bonus for us if you can also work on:\nPrint publications: Execute high-quality printed graphics by preparing print-ready files and coordinating with vendors to ensure flawless production.\n\nWHY WORK WITH US:\n\nSiddhartha Das Studio\nwww.siddharthadas.com\n\nWe are an award-winning multidisciplinary design studio that works in the sphere of museum complexes and museum and thematic exhibitions, cultural spaces, art programs, and installations rooted in crafts communities across India and elsewhere in the world.\n\nThe Studio is headed by NID alumni, Siddhartha Das, a curator, designer and educator with over 20 years of international experience working design, art and craft.\n\nAs a studio, we offer an exciting opportunity for aspiring designers to work on the creation of visual narratives on art, craft and architecture across print, digital and interactive mediums, in a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, researchers, filmmakers, and cultural professionals.\n•\tCollaborative Environment: We believe in a collaborative environment, where your ideas matter and everyone is dedicated to creating something beautiful and meaningful for society.\n\n•\tLearning and Growth: Whether you're new to certain tools or techniques, we’re here to guide you.

Your only limitation is your willingness to learn and explore.\n\n•\tHands-On Experience: Beyond design, you’ll gain practical experience in design management, making this an ideal place to start your career if you aspire to open your own studio one day.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n\nExperience & Compensation\n•\tVisual Communication Designer: 1-3 years\nSalary: Rs. 25K-40K/month based on relevant skill set and experience\n\n•\tVisual Communication Design Intern: pursuing bachelor, at least in Year 3\nStipend: Rs. 10K-20K, based on skill sets\nDuration: 2-6 months\n\nFor applicants outside Delhi, the Studio could provide shared flat in the same building for female candidates with subsidised rent based on availability.\n\nSoftware:\n•\tSkilled in Photoshop and Illustrator / Corel Draw.\n•\tWorking knowledge of InDesign.\n•\tWorking knowledge of wix.com and social media (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn)\n•\tKnowledge of After Effects and Blender are beneficial.\n\nSoft skills & personal attributes:\n•\tOrganised and attention to details\n•\tDynamic and willing to explore different areas of work\n•\tGood at time management and problem solving\n•\tPassionate about cultural projects\n•\tGood command on written and spoken English.\n\nHow to Apply?\nInterested applicants should email and submit the following documents to .\n1.
