Executive Sales Representative
Job Description
You will not be responsible for closing deals. Your primary goal is to book introductory meetings with LEAI’s leadership by generating interest and qualifying conversations.\n\nResponsibilities\nConduct outbound calls to expert witnesses (target: ~30 calls per day)\nFollow a defined outreach cadence\nLeave professional voicemails and send follow-up emails\nEngage prospects via LinkedIn when applicable\nAccurately log all activity in LEAI’s CRM / tracking system\nMaintain clean notes, statuses, and follow-up dates\nIdentify and flag high-interest leads for priority handling\nBook qualified introductory meetings with LEAI leadership\n\nQualifications\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nComfortable speaking with senior professionals and subject-matter experts\nHighly organized and detail-oriented\nAbility to follow scripts, processes, and tracking requirements\nComfortable working with spreadsheets and CRMs\n\nRequired Skills\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nComfortable speaking with senior professionals and subject-matter experts\nHighly organized and detail-oriented\nAbility to follow scripts, processes, and tracking requirements\nComfortable working with spreadsheets and CRMs\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in legal, consulting, or professional services environments\nFamiliarity with CRM tools (Bitrix, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)\n\nPay range and compensation package\nCompetitive base compensation\nPerformance-based incentives tied to meetings booked\nOpportunity to grow into senior outreach, partnerships, or sales roles\n\nEqual Opportunity Statement\nLEAI is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
