With operations across major cities such as Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, and Kolkata, we also extend our services to Coimbatore, Goa, Ahmedabad, Agra, Jaipur, and Kochi.\n\nWe’re Hiring!\nPosition: Sales Coordinator\nLocation: Velachery, Chennai\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n• Engage in telecalling and cold calling to connect with potential clients.\n• Prepare quotations and handle RFQs.\n• Maintain records and reports using Excel, CRM, and basic computer tools.\n• Manage client and internal data accurately and systematically.\n• Prepare and update MIS reports on a regular basis.\n• Support data entry, data validation, and documentation activities.\n• Handle confidential business documents with discretion.\n• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client interactions.\n• Track lead status, sales pipeline, and follow-ups through proper reporting mechanisms.\n• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting for management review.\n\nRequirements:\n• 2+ years of experience in telecalling, sales coordination, data management, or MIS-related work is mandatory.\n• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Tamil; Hindi will be an added advantage.\n• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.\n• Good knowledge of Excel and reporting formats.\n• Eagerness to learn; training will be provided.
