Coupa Lead

We are seeking an experienced Coupa Lead to drive end-to-end procurement transformation initiatives using the Coupa platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, Coupa implementations, and stakeholder management, along with the ability to lead large-scale enterprise programs.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end Coupa implementations including design, configuration, integration, and rollout\nDrive procurement transformation initiatives across sourcing, procurement, and supplier management\nManage business requirement gathering, process design, and solution architecture\nLead client workshops, demos, and stakeholder discussions at leadership level\nOversee migration from legacy systems (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JDE, etc.) to Coupa\nManage third-party integrations and ecosystem alignment\nEnsure successful go-live, user adoption, and post-implementation support\nDefine and track KPIs, ROI, and platform adoption metrics\nLead and mentor onshore/offshore teams\n\nCore Skills & Expertise:\nStrong experience in Coupa (BSM, P2P, S2C, Expense Management)\nDeep understanding of Procurement & Supply Chain processes\nExperience with platform implementations, rollouts, and upgrades\nExpertise in integration management and system harmonization\nStrong stakeholder management (C-level / VP-level engagement)\nExperience in RFPs, vendor evaluation, and procurement strategy\n\nLeadership & Transformation Experience:\nProven experience in leading digital transformation programs\nStrong background in change management & user adoption strategies\nAbility to drive business value, cost optimization, and process efficiency\nExperience managing large enterprise clients and global rollouts\n\nPreferred Skills:\nCoupa Certifications ( BSM / Platform Certified )\nExperience with other procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Ivalua, etc.)\nExposure to analytics, reporting, and procurement KPIs\nKnowledge of cloud/SaaS platforms and integrations
