Should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement\n\nResponsibilities:\n• Must manage a team size of minimum 200 FTE and have the hands on maintain the P&L.\n• Management experience and leadership skills to drive strategic planning.\n• Lead end-to-end O2C & PTP delivery including project setup billing collections and payments invoice processing & dispute management.\n• Design and implement standardized processes aligned with ERP and other implementation\n• Establish SLA’s KPIs and dashboards for DSO WIP and invoice cycle time/.\n• Partner with Data & Analytics to drive insight reporting and cash flow forecasting.\n• Develop leadership depth and foster a continuous improvement mindset across the tower of PTP RTR O2C.\n• Define & enforce credit policies based on customer segments (corporates institutes dealers)\n• Develop leadership depth and foster a continuous improvement mindset across the tower.\n• Perform review of monthly & YTD performance and provide analysis to optimize performance and profitability.\n• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation (Lean and Six Sigma projects)\nQualifications we seek in you!\nMinimum qualifications\n• B.
