Graphic Designer
Job Description
This role goes beyond static design - we’re looking for someone who can conceptualize, shoot, edit, and create compelling visual content across platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and video editing - with a keen eye for design and a passion for fashion. You’ll work closely with the brand team to bring campaigns, collections, and everyday brand communication to life through graphics, motion, and video.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDigital Asset Creation: Design engaging visuals for product listings, website banners, promotional campaigns, and social media content. Retouch imagery and create polished campaign assets\nShoot & Edit Campaigns: Shoot and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels style content, campaigns, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Edit videos with a strong sense of pacing, music, trends, and storytelling\nBrand Consistency: Maintain and evolve our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints, with RERASA’s aesthetic.\nCollaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align designs with campaign objectives and timelines. Assist with creative direction and moodboarding for shoots and launches\nTrend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends and competitor activities to keep our visuals fresh and relevant awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.\nOptimization: Prepare and optimize images for various platforms, ensuring fast load times and high-quality visuals.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nVideo Editing: Experience with basic video editing tools to create dynamic content for social media.\nWeb Design: Familiarity with website design principles to collaborate effectively with developers.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)\nStrong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills\nAbility to shoot content on iPhone/DSLR and edit independently\nStrong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity and attention to detail and time management skills in both graphic design and video work.\nStrong understanding of fashion, branding, typography, and social-first design\nExperience creating content for fashion/lifestyle brands (preferred)\nDetail-oriented with a strong visual eye and aesthetic sensibility\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nTo Apply:\nPlease submit your resume, portfolio, and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role to .
