SAP Data & Analytics Architect

As an SAP Data & Analytics Architect, you will be a key leader, shaping our technical direction, defining best practices, and mentoring a team of talented developers. You will take the technical lead on innovative projects, architecting and implementing cutting-edge solutions using SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for our diverse portfolio of clients.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Architecture: Design, develop, and implement end-to-end data and analytics solutions, serving as a technical authority for SAP BDC, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud.\nProject Leadership: Lead project teams from a technical standpoint, ensuring the successful delivery of data warehousing, data modeling, and enterprise reporting solutions that meet client business requirements.\nBest Practices & Mentorship: Be instrumental in defining and documenting Mindset’s best practices and architectural standards. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.\nHands-On Development: Engage in hands-on development, data modeling, and configuration within SAP Datasphere and SAC to build robust and scalable solutions.\nClient Engagement: Collaborate directly with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.\nData Integration: Architect and oversee the development of data integration solutions, with a strong focus on utilizing and building BW extractors (including generic extractors) and Operational Data Providers (OPDs) to source data from SAP systems.\nPre-Sales Support: Act as a subject matter expert to support pre-sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, and client presentations.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience (The Must-Haves)\n5+ years of experience in SAP data and analytics.\nProven hands-on experience architecting and implementing solutions with SAP Datasphere.

This includes data modeling, data integration, and space management.\nProven hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). This includes creating complex stories, dashboards, analytical applications, and experience with SAC Planning.\nDemonstrated experience as a technical lead on multiple end-to-end SAP data projects, with a track record of leading and mentoring development teams.\nIn-depth knowledge of SAP BW extractors, including standard and complex generic extractors.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nPreferred Qualifications (The Nice-to-Haves)\nHands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA , including data modeling and system architecture.\nExperience with migrations from SAP BW to BW/4HANA and/or SAP Datasphere.\nStrong understanding of core S/4HANA or ECC modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM) and their underlying data structures.\nProficiency in ABAP & ABAP CDS for developing extractors, ODPs, and BAdIs.\nKnowledge of SQL Script for developing calculation views and other HANA artifacts.\nExperience with other SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services.\nRelevant SAP certifications (e.g., Datasphere, SAC, BW/4HANA).
