The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring SLA adherence, and mentoring team members to achieve performance goals.\n\nKey Skills:\n\nUK Life and pensions background\nSupervise day-to-day activities across ARF and S&I operations.\nAllocate tasks and monitor team performance.\nEnsure timely and accurate processing of transactions (e.g., ARF inputting, surrenders, savings updates).\nResolve escalations and support complex case handling.\nConduct team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.\nCollaborate with QA and compliance teams to maintain standards.\nPrepare operational reports and contribute to strategic planning.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.\n6–10 years of experience in financial operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.\nStrong knowledge of ARF and investment products.\nExperience in team management and workflow optimization.
