Program & Project Governance\nDrive end-to-end execution of strategic projects across operations and hardware functions.\nCreate structured project plans with clear timelines, milestones, ownership, dependencies, and risk tracking.\nEnsure timely delivery of product, sourcing, and operational initiatives.\n2. Cross-Functional Coordination\nWork closely with product, sourcing, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, finance, and leadership teams to ensure alignment.\nDrive accountability across stakeholders and remove execution bottlenecks.\nFacilitate weekly review mechanisms and progress tracking.\n3.
Hardware/Product Development PMO\nMonitor timelines related to new product development (NPD) and hardware execution.\nCoordinate with vendors, manufacturers, tooling teams, and external partners.\nEnsure smooth transition from concept → prototyping → production → launch.\n4. Process Excellence\nBuild scalable execution frameworks, dashboards, trackers, and SOPs.\nImprove project visibility and reporting mechanisms.\nIdentify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.\n5.
