HTC Global Services is hiring SAP FICO S/4 Hana Consultant for our premium project with onsite opportunity to Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite).\n\nHTC Global Services - a leading CMM level 5 global provider of innovative IT and Business Process Services and Solutions since 1990 with headquarters in Troy, Michigan, USA.\n\nSAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation\nWork on the transformation of finance processes from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring that financial data, reporting, and analytics are seamlessly transitioned.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand the existing SAP ECC Finance landscape and requirements for the S/4HANA transformation.\nDesign and implement a comprehensive strategy for migrating SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to SAP S/4HANA, covering all necessary configurations, enhancements, and process optimization.\nStakeholder Engagement and Requirements Gathering:\nWork closely with key business users, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and configurations.\nManage the end-to-end process for requirement gathering, ensuring that business stakeholders’ needs are addressed while balancing technical constraints and best practices.\nSolution Design and Configuration:\nSupport the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, including modules like FA, Tax, GL, Fund management, PS modules and good understanding of other FI modules\nConduct workshops and meetings to define and validate business requirements, ensuring the solution meets client’s financial reporting, compliance, and operational needs.\nProvide deep knowledge of integration points between SAP Finance and other modules such as SAP SD & FI as mandatory and understanding of other cross module integration\nTesting and Validation:\nOversee the testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the solution meets functional, technical, and business requirements.\nDevelop test scripts, conduct workshops, and coordinate with various teams to validate the SAP S/4HANA Finance solution.\nTraining and Knowledge Transfer:\nProvide guidance and training to key users, functional leads, and business stakeholders on SAP S/4HANA Finance functionalities and changes.\nEnsure smooth knowledge transfer from consultants and developers to end-users post-implementation.\nContinuous Improvement and Optimization:\nMonitor the performance of the SAP Finance system post-implementation, identifying opportunities for continuous improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and financial reporting.\nSupport initiatives to streamline financial processes and improve the integration of SAP Finance with other enterprise systems.\nDocumentation and Compliance:\nEnsure that all project documentation, including system configuration, user guides, and process documentation, is kept up to date and complies with Client’s governance and audit standards.\nEnsure that SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions adhere to industry standards, legal regulations, and internal compliance policies, including IFRS.\nCollaboration and Team Leadership:\nSupport as a consultant, ensuring that the SAP Finance module is delivered on time, within scope\nCollaborate with other SAP consultants, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure the entire system works cohesively.\nRisk Management:\nIdentify potential risks during the project lifecycle and propose mitigation strategies, ensuring the project runs smoothly and is completed without major disruptions.\nProvide regular updates to leadership on progress, issues, risks, and solutions.\nEducation & Experience\nProfessional Experience:\nMinimum of 7+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with at least 2-3 years in SAP S/4HANA implementations.\nProven experience in leading SAP Finance projects, including ECC to S/4HANA migrations.\nExperience as a Consultant managing complex finance systems and transformations in large-scale organizations.\nTechnical Expertise:\nDeep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) modules, including new functionalities introduced in S/4HANA (e.g., New GL, S/4HANA Financial Reporting).\nStrong hands-on experience in configuring SAP Finance modules, integrating SAP with other business systems (e.g., SAP MM, SD, HR).\nKnowledge of SAP Fiori for Finance user interfaces and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting is desirable.\nFamiliarity with data migration techniques for SAP, including the use of SAP Data Services or SAP S/4HANA migration tools.\n\n#HTCGlobalServices #ITJobs #hiring #lookingforjob #careers #jobs #immediatejoiner #recruitment #technology #jobseekers #interview #lookingforjobchange #newjob #SAPjobs #SAPFICO #SAPFI #Implementation #S4hana #SAPCO #Uaejobs #Onsitejobs #SAPFinance
