We're committed to building an inclusive community where all our people thrive regardless of their backgrounds, identities, or other personal characteristics.\n\nTasks/ Responsibilities:\nImplementing end-to-end GenAI powered RAG & multi-agent systems:\nProviding guidance on system architecture & components\nBuilding TTD system components:\nLLM Agents\nLLM Agents setup & prompt engineering / prompting strategies\nRouting\nState management\nVector stores and more generally context providing\nRerankers\nValidation and assessment rules\n\nSupporting project delivery:\nRunning end-to-end initiative (Business understanding, Data understanding/preparation, Modeling, Evaluation and Deployment)\nAnalyzing and interpreting the findings\nDelivering high quality technical solution to the customer\nDrawing conclusions and recommendations- including expected benefits\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nMust Have:\nFamiliarity with theory behind various deep learning concepts\nExperience with Machine Learning (ML), especially in the area of Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multimodal models.\nExperience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plan, data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing and model deployment\nFluency in Python and object programing, working knowledge of SQL and vector database\nSolid experience with Databricks is a must\nKnowledge of specific Deep Learning and GenAI libraries like: NumPy, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, LangGraph and GenAI APIs i.e. OpenAI/Gemini/Claude\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience in working with Azure or GCP will be a plus\nCommercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in the area of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing or Computer Vision will be a big plus\nGeneral:\nExperience with microservice architectures\nExperience with code repositories and code assistants\nStrong business acumen\nAbility to come up with creative solutions to address customer problem\nAbility to lead juniors in project team\n\nMissing one or two of these qualifications?
