Role:\n\nSystem Implementation:\nConfigure, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365\nFO/FSCM based on specific requirements of Hemmersbach.\nMigrate data from existing systems to Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM.\nAdvisory and Training:\nAdvise clients on best practices for financial and supply chain processes.\nConduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and administrators.\nCustomization:\nConduct requirements for customizations\nBreak-down requirements into user stories, create tasks and execute them\nCollaboration with Departments:\nWork closely with IT, Controlling, Accounting, and Supply Chain Management teams to ensure specific departmental requirements are met.\nTranslate business requirements into technical solutions in alignment with all relevant stakeholders and realize them.\nTesting and Quality Assurance:\nEnsure system functionality through comprehensive testing.\nMonitor and resolve issues to optimize the system.\n\nRequirements:\n\n8+ years of functional experience in D365 F&O (or AX + D365 upgrade experience).\nDeep expertise in the Finance module and budgeting processes.\nStrong functional understanding of billing and service invoicing.\nProven ability to analyse complex business scenarios and configure effective D365 solutions.\nStrong experience conducting FIT-GAP analysis and collaborating with SCM and HR teams.\nExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nDemonstrated ability to act as the main interface between business (Finance) and IT.\nProven experience configuring Electronic Invoicing (e-Invoicing) solutions.\n\nBenefits:\n\nBuddy program\nCompany events\nOnboarding program\nUnlimited employment contract\n\nBe part of Us\nHemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
