We are looking for an energetic, engaging, and customer-focused Guest Relations & Experience Manager to create exceptional visitor experiences while contributing to the growth of our arcade and entertainment business. This role combines guest engagement, customer relationship management, and revenue generation to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable, fun-filled experience that encourages repeat visits and brand loyalty.\n\nThe ideal candidate will be passionate about entertainment and hospitality, skilled at interacting with guests of all ages, and capable of identifying opportunities to drive revenue through birthday parties, group bookings, memberships, events, corporate outings, and customer retention initiatives. The role requires a strong focus on delivering outstanding service, building lasting relationships with guests, and creating experiences that keep customers coming back.\n\nKey Responsibilities Deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure every visitor feels welcomed and engaged.\nBuild strong relationships with guests, members, schools, corporates, and community partners.\nDrive sales of memberships, birthday parties, group bookings, corporate events, and promotional packages.\nIdentify upselling opportunities to maximise revenue and guest engagement.\nManage guest inquiries, bookings, memberships, and feedback.\nResolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.\nCoordinate with operations and marketing teams to execute events and enhance the customer experience.\nDevelop local partnerships and referral networks to generate repeat business and new leads.\nAct as a brand ambassador and promote a fun, energetic, and customer-focused environment.\n\nRequirements 3–7 years of experience in Guest Relations, Hospitality, Customer Experience, Retail, Entertainment, or Business Development.\nStrong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.\nProven ability to engage customers and drive revenue through memberships, events, or service offerings.\nEnergetic, outgoing, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced entertainment and family-focused environment.\n\nQualifications Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.\nMBA or Hospitality Management qualification is an advantage.\n\nSend your resume to .\n\n#Hiring #HyderabadJobs #SalesJobs #CustomerExperience #CorporateSales #Marketing #Events #BirthdayParties #EntertainmentIndustry #GamingZone #Bowling #Ratata #JoinOurTeam #hospitality
