Job Title: Data Modeller\nLocation: Pune & Bangalore\nExperience: 7 – 15 Years\nWork Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)\nShift Timing: EMEA Shift (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST)\n\nRole Overview\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Data Modeller with strong expertise in enterprise-scale data modelling , particularly within the wealth management and banking domain . The role involves designing and maintaining logical and physical data models, ensuring high data quality, consistency, and alignment with business requirements.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n• Design and develop Logical and Physical Data Models for enterprise-level banking and wealth management systems\n• Build and maintain data models for wealth domain entities such as Client, Portfolio, Product, and Transactions\n• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into data structures\n• Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and metadata management practices\n• Ensure consistency and reusability through canonical data models\n• Work closely with data engineering teams to support data integration and performance optimisation\n• Maintain data lineage, data dictionaries, and documentation for governance purposes\n• Support data governance initiatives and tools implementation\n\nMandatory Skills\n\n• Strong experience in Logical & Physical Data Modelling (enterprise-grade systems)\n• Hands-on experience in wealth management data modelling\n• Proficiency in data modelling tools such as:\n• ERwin\n• ER Studio\n• PowerDesigner\n• Strong understanding of data standards, metadata management, and naming conventions\n\nSecondary / Good-to-Have Skills\n\n• Knowledge of SQL and database performance optimisation\n• Exposure to modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Cloud environments)\n• Experience with data governance and lineage tools (e.g., Collibra)\n• Understanding of core banking platforms (e.g., Avaloq or similar systems)\n• Familiarity with wealth management domain data structures and processes\n\nKey Competencies\n\n• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\n• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration\n• Attention to detail and data quality focus\n• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
