Key Responsibilities\nProvide L1L2L3 support and resolve user issues related to AI tools\nAct as primary point of contact for user issues calls and escalations\nPerform advanced troubleshooting across access performance and integrations\nHandle tickets and incidents with complete ownership and RCA\nCoordinate with vendors Microsoft Google Anthropic to resolve issues\nRaise and manage support tickets with vendor support teams\nConfigure integrations connectors M365 Google Workspace Slack etc\nManage licenses access onboarding offboarding of users\nSupport POCs and evaluate new AI features use cases\nMaintain documentation FAQs and knowledge base\nTechnical Skills Required\nHands on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot preferred\nFamiliarity with Google Workspace Gemini Enterprise\nExposure to Claude or similar AI tools\nStrong understanding of SaaS platforms integrations and IAM\nStrong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills\nBasic scripting knowledge Power Shell Python optional\nFunctional Skills Required\nStrong communication and customer interaction skills\nExperience handling L1L3 support and escalations\nAbility to coordinate with product vendors Claude Copilot and resolve issues\nGood problem solving and analytical skills\nAbility to work under pressure and manage critical incidents\nExperience in documentation and knowledge management\n\nKey skill\nsEnterprise AI tools support (Copilot, Gemini Enterprise, Claude\n)SaaS tools troubleshooting (L1/L2/L3 support\n)License management and access contro\nlConfiguration-level integrations using APIs/connector\nsVendor coordination (Microsoft / Google / Anthropic\n\n)
