Architect and interior designer

Maark Trendz is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect & Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing residential and commercial interior spaces, creating furniture layouts, developing 3D visualizations, and guiding clients in selecting furniture and décor solutions that enhance functionality and aesthetics. The role combines architectural planning, interior design expertise, and furniture consultation to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities typically include space planning, concept development, material selection, client consultation, and project coordination.

• Meet clients to understand their design requirements, lifestyle, budget, and space constraints.
• Create innovative interior design concepts, mood boards, and furniture layouts.
• Develop detailed 2D drawings, working plans, and 3D visualizations using design software.
• Recommend furniture, materials, finishes, lighting, and décor solutions from Maark Trendz collections.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and space assessments.
• Coordinate with sales, production, vendors, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project estimates, BOQs, and material specifications.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards and client requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in furniture, architecture, and interior design.
• Support showroom visual merchandising and display planning to enhance customer engagement. Responsibilities such as space planning, furniture specification, material selection, client presentations, and coordination with teams are common expectations for interior design professionals.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, furniture design, or modular interiors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, space planning, and design principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Experience in furniture showrooms, modular furniture, or home interior projects.
• Strong visualization and rendering capabilities.
• Knowledge of project estimation and execution.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert design consultations into business opportunities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Successful showroom designers often combine design expertise with client relationship management and communication skills.
