Role: SCCM & EUC

Experience: 6-10

Must Have:

• deep knowledge in Inventory Management, Software distribution, Patch Management & Image Management using SCCM, Intune
• Develop, standardize, and implement Microsoft SCCM solutions
• Designing and Deploying medium to large scale SCCM environments (Single to multi-tier sites)
• Sound knowledge on various Imaging engines and Windows 10 imaging technology
• develop custom deployment scripts (VBS, batch etc...)
• handle test and release of applications and Patches using SCCM
• knowledge of SCCM Client management Suit all Levels.
• able to resolve the tasks escalated by l2 teams.
• able to create custom scripts for gathering the inventory from clients
• Excellent working knowledge of the following within SCCM 2016
• Create\import applications and packages within SCCM

1. Maintain all managed devices secure, by patching: Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS-es, Microsoft Office, Monthly 3rd party applications in the environment
2. Develop Windows 10 images and support the deployment of images for both: new installations and re-imaged devices
3. Manage Windows 10 images lifecycle, by maintaining the Windows 10 images up to date, with OS updates, driver updates, application and settings updates/addition/removal
4. Use SCCM to manage adjacent Microsoft services that have integrations embedded into SCCM console. E.g.: Office365, Adobe and other 3rd party catalogs/updates, Windows Hello for Business, BitLocker provisioning, Edge, Microsoft Defender, support any new and useful integration
