Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Hardware Design Engineer who enjoys building electronic systems from concept to reality. You will be responsible for designing, developing, debugging, and validating embedded hardware platforms, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams on impactful deep-tech products. If you enjoy designing circuits, creating PCBs, solving hardware challenges, and bringing products to life, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Hardware Design & Development

• Design analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronic circuits.
• Develop schematics and production-ready PCB layouts.
• Select components based on technical and application requirements.
• Design communication, sensor interface, and power management circuits.

PCB Design & Prototyping

• Create multi-layer PCB designs using industry-standard tools.
• Generate BOMs, manufacturing files, and assembly documentation.
• Support prototype development and vendor coordination.

Testing & Debugging

• Perform hardware bring-up, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other lab equipment for debugging.

Collaboration & R&D

• Work closely with firmware, mechanical, and product teams.
• Contribute to new product development across medical, aerospace, defence, and industrial domains.
• Explore emerging technologies and hardware design methodologies.

Qualifications Required

• B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, or related fields.
• 1–5 years of hands-on hardware design experience.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
• Experience with schematic design, PCB layout, and hardware debugging.
• Understanding of UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, and related communication protocols.
• Ability to independently interpret datasheets and design working circuits.

Preferred

• Experience in Medical Devices, Aerospace, Defence, Industrial Electronics, or IoT products.
• Exposure to low-power embedded systems.
• Understanding of EMI/EMC design practices.
• Hands-on soldering and PCB rework experience.
