Senior Architect – Hospitality Design & Project Delivery

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Architect with 10–12 years of professional experience in the design and execution of hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, luxury hospitality developments, and mixed-use projects with hospitality components. This role requires leadership in design development, project coordination, client management, and delivery of high-quality architectural solutions from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and development of hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, villas, clubhouses, and related facilities.
• Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing design solutions aligned with client requirements and brand standards.
• Manage projects through all phases, including concept design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and site execution.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, accessibility requirements, and hospitality industry standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, operators, consultants, and contractors.
• Conduct design presentations, workshops, and review meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with hospitality operators and brand representatives to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and mentor a team of architects, designers, and technical staff.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants including structural, MEP, landscape, interior design, and lighting consultants.
• Review design deliverables and ensure quality, accuracy, and timely submission.

Technical & Execution Excellence

• Oversee preparation and review of architectural drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documentation.
• Support tendering, contractor evaluation, and construction administration activities.
• Conduct site visits and resolve design and construction-related issues.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Registered Architect (preferred).
• 10–12 years of professional experience, with significant exposure to hospitality projects.
• Proven experience in luxury hotels, resorts, branded residences, or large-scale hospitality developments.
• Strong understanding of hospitality planning standards, guest experience design, and operational requirements.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit , SketchUp , and Adobe Creative Suite .
• Working knowledge of BIM workflows and project collaboration platforms.
• Experience with visualization and presentation tools is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methodologies, and sustainable design principles.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with international hospitality brands and operators.
• Exposure to luxury and upscale hospitality projects.
• Experience in green building certifications such as LEED, IGBC, or GRIHA.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
