SAP & Salesforce Implementation - Coordinator

Role Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Conduct UAT, system testing, and user training sessions
• Manage data migration and system integration
• Provide post-implementation support and optimization
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Handle all the software and make coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in SAP and/or Salesforce implementation
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FICO/MM/SD preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Certification in SAP or Salesforce is an advantage
