Job Description

The Quality Lead – Finance is responsible for ensuring end-to-end process quality, stability, and continuous improvement across Finance operations. The role focuses on defect reduction, control strengthening, KPI improvement, and deployment of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across I2C, P2P, and RTR processes.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Process Quality & Continuous Improvement


  • Drive end-to-end Finance quality and process stability.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies (DMAIC, RCA, defect reduction).
  • Lead hands-on continuous improvement initiatives across Finance towers.
  • Improve SLAs, KPIs, and SOP adherence.


Controls & Compliance


  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure audit and SOX readiness.
  • Support documentation and governance for process improvements.


Capability Enablement


  • Train and certify teams on Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Build quality ownership mindset within Finance operations.
