Tilfi is seeking a disciplined, articulate, and operationally astute professional to join our Brand Communications team as a Brand Communications & Creative Production Associate. Operating at the intersection of storytelling and execution, this role serves as the vital engine of our daily output.
You will work directly under the guidance of our Brand Communications & Editorial Lead to translate Tilfi’s core narratives into daily digital touchpoints - including social media, email newsletters, and website curation. Simultaneously, you will drive the end-to-end production logistics for our shoots and handle the administrative coordination of our public relations endeavours. This role requires a rare blend of creative appreciation and rigorous organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Storytelling & Copy Execution
- Write evocative, technically accurate, and on-brand copy for daily social media channels, weekly email newsletters, and performance ads.
- Craft nuanced product descriptions and website content that reflect Tilfi's commitment to craft intelligence and artisanal luxury.
- Ensure absolute precision in grammar, tone, and formatting across all digital touchpoints before publication, maintaining an uncompromising stance on quality.
2. Public Relations & Sourcing Logistics
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for external stylists, publication editors, and influencers managing requests for celebrity placements and editorial shoots.
- Oversee the dispatch, tracking, and seamless return of PR samples, ensuring pristine condition and absolute accountability of the brand’s physical assets.
- Provide administrative support to the Editorial Lead by maintaining clean media tracking sheets, preparing gifting collateral, and coordinating regular alignment timelines with our external PR agency partners.
3. Shoot Production & Operational Coordination
- Lead the logistical planning and execution for lookbook, catalogue, and dynamic social content shoots.
- Assist in coordination with external creative partners (photographers, stylists, and talent), managing production briefs, timelines, travel logistics, and final asset handovers.
- Build structured pre-production sheets and provide robust on-ground coordination to ensure studio and field documentary projects are executed seamlessly and sustainably.
4. Digital Delivery & Grid Management
- Manage daily posting schedules and maintain visual cohesion across our social media grids and digital layouts.
- Assemble and deploy email marketing newsletters and perform routine website content updates, ensuring smooth cross-functional delivery.
- Monitor and analyse routine digital engagement and social media metrics to share actionable insights with the design and editorial pillars.
Who You Are
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Communications, Luxury Brand Management, Journalism, or a related field.
- You have 1–3 years of proven experience in copy execution, PR tracking, or fashion production logistics.
- Exceptional writing and proofreading skills balanced with a high level of comfort managing operational spreadsheets, shipping timelines, and inventory tracking.
- You are deeply organised, methodical, and solution-oriented. You thrive in the fast-paced logistics of sample management and take proactive ownership of calendars and deliverables.
- You have a genuine curiosity about textile heritage, artisanal ecosystems, and the business of luxury.
