Candidates who meet the following criteria will only be considered for this Walk-in
- Mandatory : Experience in Health TBA large market
- Should have good knowledge of COBRA, DBP, Medicare, EOI, PCS, Case resolution, Annual Enrollment (iCAT), Employer Reporting and Edit processing.
- Should have experience in leading and participating in client calls
- Willing to work 5 days from office and night shifts.
- Pls do not attend in case you have attended interview in last 1 month for same role.
- Candidate should be in hiring zone
- Ex- Wipro/Aon/Alight colleague experience required
- Last entry - 2.30 pm

- Manage end-to-end operations for assigned client(s)
- Drive SLA delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership
- Lead process improvements and operational excellence
Eligibility (for both roles):
- Experience in COBRA, DBP, Medicare, EOI, PCS, Case resolution, Annual Enrollment (iCAT), Employer Reporting and Edit processing.
- Prior experience with organization in US Benefits Administration TBA Large Market is mandatory
- Good analytical, communication, and MS Excel skills
