Role Description This is a full-time Telecalling Executive role based in the Pune Division with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site work at Yoskies Aviation Centre with some work-from-home flexibility. The Telecalling Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information about the centre's flight simulator experiences, pricing, and offerings. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective customers, explaining packages, addressing questions, and assisting callers in booking and confirming reservations. The role involves maintaining call logs and customer databases, following up on inquiries and leads, and sharing feedback from customers with the team. The Telecalling Executive will collaborate with on-site staff to coordinate schedules, support marketing campaigns, and ensure a smooth and welcoming customer experience before and after visits.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
  • Customer service and relationship-building skills, including the ability to handle objections and resolve basic concerns.
  • Basic computer literacy, including use of CRM tools, spreadsheets, email, and call-logging systems.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle call volumes, follow-ups, and booking coordination efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, being comfortable both on-site and working from home as needed.
  • Interest in aviation, experiential entertainment, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in any field is a plus.
