Role Overview
Medifit Consultants Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director to lead strategic business operations across our wellness and fitness portfolio. This senior leadership role offers full ownership of P&L, client portfolio management, and multi-location operational excellence.
The incumbent will be responsible for driving financial performance, optimizing operational efficiencies, and fostering long-term client partnerships, while leading a large, geographically dispersed workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end ownership of Profit & Loss (P&L) across multiple business units
Lead and manage a workforce of 500+ employees across diverse locations
Drive EBITDA growth, revenue expansion, and cost optimization initiatives
Oversee client portfolio management, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and engagement
Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational benchmarks
Strengthen governance frameworks and deliver operational excellence at scale
Key Requirements
10+ years of leadership experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or NGO sectors
Demonstrated expertise in P&L management and large-scale operations leadership
Proven ability to manage multi-location teams and complex service environments
Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and execution capability
Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India
