1. Professional Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001, CISM, CISA, CEH or equivalent are highly desirable.

2. Practical IT Security Application: Demonstrated ability to apply IT security knowledge to identify, assess, and resolve compliance-related issues effectively.

3. Phishing Tools Familiarity: Hands-on experience or familiarity with Phishing platforms and tools.

4. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyse complex issues, identify risks, and implement effective solutions while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

5. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to foster teamwork, influence stakeholders, and drive collaboration across functions.

6. Adaptability & Agility: Comfortable navigating change and adjusting strategies to meet evolving business and security needs.

7. Incident & Risk Management: Experience leading responses to data leakage, security breaches, and other critical incidents, ensuring effective containment, remediation, and recovery.

8. Continuous Learning & Technical Curiosity: Quick learner, open to exploring and working with new technologies, tools, and products to enhance security capabilities.

9. Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Demonstrates a proactive approach to security, with meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to continuous improvement and professional development

10. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word including advanced functions and formulae.
