CSR Event Host / Facilitator (Consultant - Event Basis)

About the Role

SoulAce is looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and professional Hosts/Facilitators to represent the

organization during Corporate Social Responsibility - Employee Volunteering events. The selected

consultants will be responsible for managing on-ground event execution, facilitating volunteer

engagement, ensuring smooth activity delivery, and creating an impactful participant experience while

upholding SoulAce's values and professional standards.

This is an event-based consulting opportunity, ideal for individuals who enjoy public interaction, event

facilitation, and social impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

%CF; Represent SoulAce professionally during CSR and employee volunteering events.

%CF; Facilitate and host volunteering activities, ensuring high participant engagement and enthusiasm.

%CF; Manage end-to-end on-ground event execution and coordination.

%CF; Conduct participant briefings, activity instructions, and event announcements.

%CF; Ensure timely setup and management of event materials, kits, and logistics.

%CF; Coordinate with corporate volunteers, NGO partners, vendors, and SoulAce team members.

%CF; Maintain event timelines and ensure smooth flow of activities.

%CF; Address participant queries and troubleshoot operational challenges during events.

%CF; Capture attendance and event pictures/videos, participant feedback, and event highlights for

reporting purposes.

%CF; Create a positive, energetic, and inclusive atmosphere while maintaining professional decorum.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

%CF; Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

%CF; Strong confidence in addressing and engaging groups of varying sizes.

%CF; Prior experience in event hosting, facilitation, training, emceeing, volunteering programs, or

corporate events is preferred.

%CF; Ability to think on their feet and handle on-ground challenges effectively.

%CF; High levels of enthusiasm, energy, and interpersonal skills.

%CF; Professional appearance and conduct.

%CF; Ability to travel to event locations as required.

%CF; Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages will be an advantage.
