WE ARE HIRING – TEAM LEAD (SALES) - Kolkata
Srijee Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead – Sales to lead our business growth initiatives and expand our presence across India.
Position : Team Lead – Sales (Kolkata )
Experience Required: Minimum 8 Years of Sales Experience (Experience in Education, EdTech, Training, Service Industry or B2C Sales will be preferred.)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Lead, motivate and monitor the sales team
Drive student acquisition and business growth
Build and maintain relationships with schools, parents, students and corporate partners
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
Prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance reviews
Coordinate with recruitment, operations and customer service teams
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 8 years of proven sales experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel when required
Compensation:
Salary: As per industry standards
